BCC Text helps you send individualized texts without creating group chats. Protecting your information is a core part of that promise. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how your data is handled when messages are routed to other apps.

BCC Text does not store personal information on our servers.

Contact data is processed locally on your device. If you elect to back up your data, it may be stored in your personal iCloud container, which is encrypted and accessible only by you. We do not have access to your contact data on our servers.

If you send photos through the Messages app, a temporary upload is created solely to support Apple Shortcuts. These files are automatically deleted after sending.

We collect limited usage information such as feature engagement, device identifiers, and diagnostic logs that help maintain stability and performance.

Operate and improve the app, support core messaging features, and maintain performance and reliability.

Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.

BCC Text does not store your contacts or messages on our servers.

When you choose a sending method such as Messages, Google Voice, or WhatsApp, the app hands off the phone number and message content to that app on your device so it can deliver the message. This handoff occurs only because you initiated the action.

We use service providers for infrastructure, analytics, and error monitoring. These providers are required to protect any information they process and may use it only according to our instructions.

Temporary photo uploads used for Shortcuts are automatically deleted after sending.

Aside from these temporary files, all message content, contacts, and routing data remain on your device under your control.

We apply industry standard measures to protect information, including encrypted transport and strict access controls. Safeguards are reviewed periodically and updated as needed.
